Orders & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and flexible interest-free installment options such as Klarna.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes or cancel, please email us at amanda@quaintstyle.site within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders over €20.00. For orders under €20, a small standard fee applies. We also offer Express Shipping (€16.00) for faster delivery.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard delivery takes 10–18 business days, while Express shipping takes 7–10 business days. Order handling takes 1–3 days.
Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Returns & Quality Assurance
Q: What happens if my item arrives damaged or broken?
A: Because home decor and ceramics can be fragile, we take great care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please send photos/videos of the damage to amanda@quaintstyle.site within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement right away!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Products & Assembly
Q: Do compact furniture pieces come with assembly tools?
A: Yes, all our compact furniture items (such as nightstands and racks) include easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions and required assembly hardware.
Q: Are product colors accurate to the photos on the store?
A: We try our best to display accurate product photos in natural light. However, slight color variations may occur depending on your display screen settings.
